    Yes, we offer flexible payment plans. Typically, we require a 30% deposit to secure your date, with the remaining balance due 2 weeks before your event.

  • Can I add extra hours to my package?

    Additional hours can be added to any package at 600,000 VND per hour per person. We recommend discussing this during your consultation.

  • What if I need to reschedule my event?

    We understand that plans can change. We offer flexible rescheduling options with no additional fees, subject to availability.

  • Do you charge for travel outside the city?

    Yes, we have different rates for suburban, provincial, and long-distance coverage, plus actual travel expenses when needed.
